Course Information
Please note that we are racing on roads that are open to the public. PLEASE use caution while racing. We will control traffic with pylons, signage and volunteers, though you are ultimately responsible for your own safety .
Transition
The Transition will be located within the day park in the Summer Village of Sandy Beach. There will be parking on the East side of the Store / Gas station please do not park on Lake View Drive or on the Hwy 642.
Run
The run will consist of an out and back course.
You will start at the day park transition are, and run North on Lakeshore Drive for approximately 2 Km. Then you will go east on Lagoon Drive for 0.5 Km, until you reach the turn around, where you will then head back along the same course back to the transition area, where you will transition to the Bike.
Bike
The Bike will consist of an out and Back course.
The Bike Course is an out and back. Once you transition to the bike, you procede to the mount / dismount line were you will get on your bike and head west on Hwy 642. You will travel along Hwy. 642 until you come to the Hwy 777 intersection, where you will turn left. Travel along Hwy 777 until you reach the turnaround area, at which time you will proceed back along the same course to the transition area, where you will transition back to the run.
Run
The run will consist of an out and back course.
Same as the first run. Return to the transition area to the Finish Line.
Aid Stations :
There will be aid stations at the transition area as well at the turn around area on the bike and run course.
